Our Staff
Our staff are key to ensuring that the people we support have the best quality of life and facilitate some amazing opportunities.
We pride ourselves on recruiting staff from diverse backgrounds that can offer a wealth of life experience and are passionate about the people they support. All our staff really understand autism and how it impacts on a person’s life. Many of our staff have been with us for a number of years. We pride ourselves on having a very low staff turn-over. The training and support our staff receive is second to none, provided by professionals or specialists in their field.
The dedication commitment and continued enthusiasm of staff has resulted in the development of trusting relationships between individuals and their families. This has led to the people we support making excellent progress and experiencing a fantastic quality of life.
Each person has a dedicated Key Worker. These people provide special working relationships with individuals and their families. They take time to get to know the person, especially their interests, likes and dislikes. This is reflected in all our planning. They support people to make individualised plans and arrangements about how they spend their time, holidays, how their bedrooms are styled and personalised and making appointments. Everyone enjoys a full and varied lifestyle based around their interest and ambitions. One person even achieved their lifelong ambition to fly in a helicopter.
