Through our person-centered approaches we strive to support everyone to enjoy a full and active life that is meaningful to them within their home or community.
Each person takes part in a wide variety of activities that are based on their interests, wishes and ambitions. All activities are planned to promote independence, choice, health, safety and fun.
In addition to all the activities people are supported to take part in by staff in the residential services, everyone also has the opportunity to take full advantage of everything on offer at The Croft Centre.
