The project offers meaningful work experience in a real workshop environment. Individuals learn new skills in a safe and autism-specific environment. We use a range of creative and autism-specific teaching and instruction approaches that promote greater independence and job satisfaction. These include the use of visuals, Training in Systematic Instruction and adapted equipment and tools.
