The personalised curriculum is designed around each learner’s needs, interests, and aspirations, guided by baseline assessments. Core areas include Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT, delivered through practical and engaging methods to develop transferable skills for life, work, and leisure. The curriculum also emphasizes independence, employability, communication, and autism-specific topics, such as emotions, friendships, and coping strategies. Creative and well-being sessions further enrich the learning experience.
