Keeping People Safe
The health, safety and well-being of everyone we support are our highest priorities.
We have an excellent reputation for keeping people safe and have been commended by OFSTED and the CQC in their reports and we consistently receive positive feedback from Local Authorities for our standards and practices.
We invest heavily in staff training and keep up-to-date with best practice. Starting at their induction all staff receive regular Safeguarding training from competent trainers and we have a team of highly trained and experienced Safeguarding Managers. In consultation with the people we support, we specifically ask if they feel safe and they say an overwhelming ‘yes’. The knowledge that their relative is happy and safe is also the consistent feedback we get from families.
