ESPA is a Charity that supports autistic people across College, Residential and Domiciliary services within the North East.

We are looking for a clinician who has experience of working with autism and behaviours that challenge. You will be confident in dealing with complex cases that involve working with individuals who may have additional needs such as mental health and other co-morbid conditions. You will be skilled in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency environment as well as skilled and confident in working autonomously. You will share our person-centred values and be passionate about supporting autistic people to achieve their potential and enjoy a good quality of life.

You will be working as part of a small, but supportive Multi-Disciplinary Team based in Sunderland working with individuals in the College and Residential services.

The successful candidate will work with individuals and staff teams to assess communication needs, implement tailored strategies and interventions and evaluate outcomes.
