Ashleigh
Ashleigh is located in Gosforth, Newcastle. All students have higher-functioning autism or Asperger Syndrome and many have additional or related conditions. The majority of residents attend our day College at North Rye in Newcastle, however a few places are available for students attending South Hill in Sunderland. All learners participate in an extended residential curriculum that supplements and enhances their day college activities.
Highly trained and experienced learning support staff support students to develop their social, leisure and independence skills. Everyone has their own bedroom and access to a wide range of communal facilities. Ashleigh is registered with the CQC and can provide personal care to students, if required.
