ESPA will provide a comprehensive induction training package for applicants.

 

We are looking to recruit Support Workers to our Supported Living service in the SR2 area of Sunderland where we support three men in their own home as well as providing outreach support to a young lady in her own home living nearby, all of whom lead relatively independent lifestyles, with varying degrees of support.

 

We would be keen to meet people interested in working as part of a small team in a well- established service, providing support within an individualised programme.

Applicants would be required to work a flexible shift pattern in order to meet service needs.

 

We would like to meet people that are willing to be positive role models at all times, to the people they would be supporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required and a flexible and proactive approach towards service delivery is also required
